The Orioles are 88-51 on the year. They face the 72-68 Boston Red Sox, and yet the Red Sox are the favorites here, likely because of the 2017 lore of Chris Sale who is just not the same pitcher of old. Baltimore is 46-25 on the road and still nobody takes them seriously.
