The Kings are in a tough situational spot here as they go to Phoenix on their 5th (and last) game of their road trip, in which they beat the Hornets and Pistons which isn't much to write home about, and followed up with losses to Philly and Milwaukee. That Milwaukee loss on Saturday night likely took a lot out of the Kings right? I mean, they were down most of the game only to battle back and send it to OT, only to be leading for the majority of OT, only to have Dame hit a 35 footer at the buzzer to beat them. So many ups and downs and emotional swings, only to be followed up by one of the most legendary press conferences I've ever seen, in which Mike Brown brought his laptop to the presser, and proceeded to do play by play of how the refs screwed the Kings all game long before he was ejected. We were actually on the Kings that game, but this time we think Sacramento has some trouble vs Phoenix and now you face a great offense with Durant, Booker and Beal all gelling and finally all on the floor together. The Kings did win the first two head to head matchups this season, but the Suns were missing multiple starters in those contests so we think the Suns get to exact some revenge, you have the Kings in the tough situational spot, along with the fact that this is Sacramento's last gome of the five game road trip and they likely want to just get back home. We really like fading teams in the last game of a long road trip as guys just want to get back to their family, their wife, their girlfriend, maybe their wife and their girlfriend, and they don't exactly give 100% as they smell the home cooking around the corner.
