Sacramento is on the back to back here after the win in Indy last night. We think they have a letdown and are possibly sluggish with tired legs. The Bulls are in the 9th spot in the East, so they need wins if they want to contend in the playoffs this year. There has been some big action early on the Bulls at some books, and we will follow as we agree with the move.
