So both of these teams are in their 1st Final Four since the early 80's of course we all remember Jim Volvano running around the court looking for someone to hug back in 1983, and Purdue hasn't ben here since 1980, so it's been awhile for these programs and obvoiusly Purdue some would argue should have been here last year or maybe even the last two years, but they've had major disappointments in years past in the early rounds, and NCST has had a magical Cinderella run so far - They've beat Texas Tech, Oakland, Marquette and Duke to clinch this trip to Arizona, and the impressive thing is they were outright underdogs in three of those games, they were favored vs Oakland but they won as a dog vs Texas Tech, Marquette and Duke, which are all three very good programs - Purdue meanwhile is quite the opposite, they've been fovored every single game and have wonand covered each game pretty convincingly - I like Purdue here, I think the run comes to an end here for NCST, remember you have Zach Eddy here in the middle, and I don't know that DJ Burns is going to have an answer for him really - Burns has had his way in the paint with all of these teams so far but I think Eddy is the difference this time and they just keep feeding him over and over and over again until they wear the Wolfpack down, and I think Purdue rolls here pretty easily on Saturday.
