The Raiders look so bad, but so does Cleveland. They don't have to travel and Minshew did not play well but we think he bounces back here as Antonio Pierce called his whole team including the coaches out, and we like teams to respond in those spots. Not having Nick Chubb is hurting Cleveland, and the Browns are pretty banged up as well all-around, and we like the Raiders.
