Dallas is horrific without Tony Romo. Matt Cassel has thrown five touchdown passes and five interceptions and has a passer rating of 78.8 in five games, including four starts, for Dallas this season. Washington is the better team. Their home field advantage is clearly bigger than the normal three-points. It may only be a loss of about a touchdown, but Dallas loses and fails to cover again.
