Wisconsin is great at defending the three-point shot, but to beat them, one must be able to score inside. The Irish can do that and will exploit the fact Wisconsin is weak with their interior defense.

Wisconsin matched up well to both Pitt and Xavier, but still struggled with two close wins. Notre Dame is a veteran team that is battle-tested, coming off an Elite Eight appearance last season, losing a heart-breaker to undefeated Kentucky. This season, the Irish have beaten the likes of Louisville, North Carolina and Duke.

Notre Dame is so much better on offense as Wisconsin gets 108.3 points per 100 possessions to rank 87th in the nation, the Irish get 119.2 to rank 7th.

We cannot ignore that the Irish have seen it all in the ACC, which is bar none the toughest conference in the nation.
