Point Spread: -4.50 | -101.00 Georgetown (Home)
Result: Loss
Oregon will not have the services of either Dominic Artis or sophomore forward Ben Carter. Artis averaged 8.5 points and a team-high 3.2 assists in 2012 as a true freshman, but Carter was a key on a talent thin frontline.

Carter leaves UO with depth at forward precariously thin. He is one of five on the roster listed at 6-foot-8 or taller, but one of those is football player Arik Armstead, who won't play until at least mid-January. Of the others, neither redshirt senior transfer Richard Amardi nor transfer and classmate Mike Moser is a traditional forward who plays close to the basket. That leaves only 6-11 center Waverly Austin to truly defend UO's interior.

Carter averaged 10.4 minutes and 2.4 points per game last season. Georgetown is experienced and more talented up front. They dominate.
