Syracuse is reeling. They are 0-4-1 against the spread the last five, with three of the spread losses by 12.5 or more. Only once in their last nine have they won by more than six, twice by more than two points.

Syracuse simply needs to right their ship and put together a series of wins. A big blowout is not going to do them much good.

Jackets are getting healthier. Senior guard and leading scorer Trae Golden (groin) has played extended minutes the last three games and started the last two after missing most, if not all, of the five games prior. Sophomore forward Robert Carter, Jr., has returned from a knee injury to score in double digits in four of Tech's last six games after missing the first 10 conference games. Georgia Tech's last five ACC road trips have produced two wins, an overtime loss, a three-point loss, a four-point loss and a 10-point loss.

With 11 wins by eight or less, the Orange have been a very luck team this season. With six losses by that margin, the Jackets have had some bad fortune. Not to mention, many of the struggles were with key players missing. They are as healthy as they've been since conference play commenced. This will be a single digit win by Syracuse.
