Result: Win
For ULL QB Terrance Broadway is only completing 61.9 percent of his passes and has been picked off three times. He faces an Ole Miss defense that already has five interceptions.

After a slow start, it is a chance for Ole Miss QB to make a run at the Heisman. QB Bo Wallace was sharp from the start against Vanderbilt, completing 23 of his 30 attempts for 320 yards and a touchdown in a little more than two and half quarters of action. The senior stayed away from the interception bug that has sparked inconsistency over the years. He made throws when they were there and threw the ball away when they were not, living to play another down instead of making a costly mistake. Since throwing three picks in the first half against Boise State, Wallace has been interception-free his last six quarters.

This is the home opener for the best Ole Miss team perhaps since Eli Manning and one that has them as a legitimate contender for the national title, albeit a dark horse.

Going against teams allowing 37 points or more last game against opponent after two straight wins by 17 or more points is 77-34.
