Here it is more about our Golden Rule that one cannot manufacture emotion. Penn State had their bowl ban lifted and they can play for the Big 10 title. This is their first game since an they will be playing with a ton of emotion.

Rutgers struggled against Howard of all teams. They did not get much of a pass rush which means up and coming PSU QB Christian Hackenberg will have a field day.

Rutgers offense is predicated on establishing the run game. That will prove to be a challenge against a Penn State front seven that is holding opponents to 1.7 yards per carry. Rutgers quarterback Gary Nova is mistake prone and got away with some bad passes in the first two weeks that he will not this week.
