Major
(NCAAF) San Diego State vs. Nevada,
Point Spread: -3.00 | -110.00 Nevada (Home)
Result: Win
Nevada is a Peter Principle team. They lost to the three toughest foes they faced Arizona, Colorado State, and Boise State all by a TD or less. They are undervalued as a team that disappointed last year by going 4-8, 3-5, and missing out on a bowl game after qualifying for eight straight. But it should be remembered that the Pack played 18 freshmen and had 18 returning starters back for this season.

Yes returning to the mainland the week after playing at Hawaii has hangover risks, but this team wants to return to the bowls and they have a slightly inferior team at home.

Cody Fajardo has cut down on turnovers and is back to being a great dual threat QB for the Wolfpack. The Pack was young at offensive line last year and it showed by giving up 21 sacks. Four starters are back and there is improvement with 11 sacks through eight games.
