The Padres have been running roughshod since Saturday, winning four straight by a combined 33-7 scoreline, including a big 20 runs scored last night in D.C. While it was offense on Wednesday, it's been a lot of pitching the past week for the pads, too, and no one has been more effectively lately than Dylan Cease, who not only hasn't allowed a run in his last two starts (covering 13 IP), but has hardly allowed a hit, either (just two!) in shutouts of the Guardians and Braves. This looks an uphill climb for the Nats and Patrick Corbin (2-9, 5.35 ERA), in whose last twelve starts, Washington has won just twice. Play Padres on Run Line
