Five straight wins in a challenging road trip is enough evidence for us to jump on Yankees bandwagon. Those wins at Boston and Philadelphia impressed, with the turnaround beginning last Saturday when rallying for an 11-8 win at Fenway. Marcus Stroman started that game for the Yanks and didn't really impress, which has been his pattern since mid June...then again, the Yankees had been cold since mid-June, too, before catching fire last weekend. Stroman did spin six shutout innings at the Blue Jays way back on April 3, while the Bronx Bombers have battered Kevin Gausman, 0-2 with a 10.87 ERA (and .333 OBA) in three starts vs. the Yanks earlier this season.
