Not to sound too snarky, but let's see Florida State do that again. We're talking about the undefeated regular season a year ago featuring QB Jordan Travis, but it all unraveled when he was hurt late in the season, and out of what turned into a 63-3 beatdown administered by an angry Georgia in the Orange Bowl. Is former Clemson/Oregon State D.J. Uigalelei the answer at QB? We'll see, but regardless, Georgia Tech looks a tough out, a different team since Brent Key took over for Geoff Collins after the first month of the 2022 campaign. The Yellow Jackets are also 9-3 as a dog since, and welcome back former Texas A&M QB Haynes King, who accounted for 35 TDs via pass and run a year ago; the running ability of Haynes was the extra element that allowed Tech to move near old Paul Johnson territory in national rushing stats (ranking 12th). Most of King’s weapons return, including 1000-yard rusher Jamal Haynes, and there is plenty of experience up front on the OL. This one might be tight in Ireland. Play Georgia Tech (at Dublin)
