Whenever we have a chance to go against the Chisox (32-110), even on the Run Line, we can't bypass! Too much of a good thing for the Pale Hose to score nine runs on Wednesday in Baltimore, as the offense went back to its normal one-run output in last night's 3-1 loss. Garrett Crochet is not much more than an opener these days for the pale Hose, lasting only 3 1/3 innings in his last start on Sunday vs. the Mets, when the Sox provided him with no run support. The Hose, consistent with their pattern in almost every situation, have also lost in 11 of Crochet's last 14 starts. It's probably too late for the Bosox to rally back into playoff contention but who knows; notice how the Mets used last weekend's sweep of the Chisox to trigger a long win streak and catapult themselves back into the NL playoff race. Cooper Criswell usually doesn't work much longer than Crochet these days but did spin four shutout innings at the Tigers in his last appearance on Sunday. Play Red Sox on Run Line
