We suspect the Raiders are due to get exposed this season after their encouraging close to 2023 under Antonio Pierce. The offense, however, looked sluggish and error-prone, not the least of which new QB Gardner Minshew, in last week's loss to the Chargers. Granted, the Ravens are 0-1, too, though hardly are a candidate to be discounted after their spirited display at Kansas City, and literally one inch from being able to force a game-winning 2-point conversion try as regulation time expired. Lamar Jackson, seeing his first action of 2024 after sitting out the preseason, had the kinks worked out by the opening drive in which Baltimore scored. Expect Derrick Henry to also play an expanding part in the Ravens offense. The Ravens will remember that Minshew engineered an OT upset at M&T Bank Stadium while with the Colts last season, and are not likely to be caught by surprise again. Play Ravens
