Lions at Cardinals
(NFL) Chargers (LAC) vs. Steelers (PIT),
Point Spread: -2.50 | -109.00 Steelers (PIT) (Home)
Result: Win
It's not 2023 anymore for the Lions, who are fortunate not to have broken 0-2 from the gate in the new season after their opening homestand vs. the Rams and Bucs. Only a late score forced the added time vs. LA and Detroit couldn't even do that well vs. Tampa Bay. Thru two games, the Lions have scored only 18 ppg during regulation time as Jared Goff has yet to gain the sort of rapport with his receivers that he had a year ago. Meanwhile, the Cardinals are looking rather dynamic, and after continuing their 2023 penchant of blowing leads in the opener at Buffalo, instead went wire-to-wire in a gleeful romp last week past the nemesis Rams, suggesting 2024 might be different in the Valley of the Sun. Top draft pick wideout Marvin Harrison, Jr also made his presence felt vs. the Rams, scoring twice on 23 and 60-yard passes from Kyler Murray. Play Cards
