There is a common thread in two of the highest-scoring Panthers games since last season. The link? Andy Dalton at QB for Carolina; in the two games Dalton has started for the Panthers, last year it was at Seattle in a 37-27 loss, and last week at Las Vegas in a 36-22 win. Though not Patrick Mahomes, Dalton does give the Pan-thas a serviceable NFL QB, of which Bryce Young most definitely wasn't. Fact: Caroilna scored more than twice as many points last week with Dalton in the lineup than in the four previous games (stretching to late last season) with Young. For Cincy, it's a tough spot as it can't afford to fall to 0-4, but Joe Burrow at least got the offense clicking to a degree on Monday vs. Washington, even if it was a Bengals loss.
