We suspect there is a connection between Andy Dalton being in the lineup and higher scorelines for Carolina's games. In the three games Dalton has started at QB since last season for the Panthers, their scorelines have hit 64, 58, and 58, respectively. Needless to say, all have landed "over" quite comfortably. The Bears don't much have the look of an "over" team themselves with USC rookie QB Caleb Williams still learning the ropes, but they have been opportunistic and found other ways to score points. The change in the Carolina narrative is profound since Dalton came into the lineup. Though he is not much more than serviceable, that's still miles above the level at which Bryce Young had been operating. it's a different Carolina these days. Play Panthers-Bears "Over"
