So far, at least, there's been a pattern in this series, with some real back-and-forth during the first three games in which no margin was fewer than four runs. If the pattern holds, it's also the Mets' turn on Thursday after taking an 8-0 beating last night. New York might like its chances with Jose Quintana, whose form since the start of September has been out-of-this-world. Try six starts, an 0.50 ERA, and an 0.83 WHIP. The Mets have also won in five of those six starts, including the NLDS decided last Wednesday vs. the Phillies. The Dodgers have spun shutouts in three of their last four games, but the bullpen has been logging a lot of miles, and at some point the dam might break.
