So far, at least, the transfer portal hasn't taken much of a bite out of USC so we expect something similar rom the Trojans as we saw the last two months of the season. That means points...and "overs.' That was a familiar refrain for SC, which finished the campaign on a 20-6 "over" run. "Downhill" top scorers Desmond Claude (16.3 ppg) & Wesley Yates III (14.3 ppg) have been spearheading the offense, especially since New Year's when Yates began his assault (he's been held to single-digit scoring just once since right before Christmas). Ron Hunter's lively Tulane was one point away from knocking off Memphis in the American Tourney at Fort Worth and enters having scored 82 ppg its last three, and it appears that G Kam Williams (who has entered the portal) might be the only potential absence of consequence for Tuesday.
