Godzilla couldn't have rampaged thru the stockyards and done much more damage in Kansas City than the Yankees have wrought this week vs. the Royals, destroying them in three straight games by a cumulative 25-8, scoring double-digit runs the past two nights. This almost seems a comeuppance for the Royals, who have been able to benefit from an extremely favorable schedule the first two months of the season, but seem to be getting exposed by a true contender this week. It won't help that KC's Thursday starter Alec Marsh has been wobbling in recent starts as his 6.65 ERA across his last four outings suggests. Meanwhile, Aaron Boone's boys have now won 11 of 13, and Nestor Cortes is not fare removed from his scintillating May in which he posted a 2.48 ERA. Play Yankees on Run Line
