We have a rubber match in this series on Wednesday afternoon because the Tigers had Tarik Skubal to deal with the Phillies lineup last night. There's a big drop in Detroit from Skubal, however, as AJ Hinch looks for a spot-starter against what has been (before Tuesday, at least) one of the NL's most-potent offenses. A potential bigger attraction to the Philly pick, however, is on the mound with Spencer Turnbull, returning to Comerica Park, where he pitched for five seasons preceding this one, and also back in Rob Thomson's rotation for the first time since April, when he posted a 1.67 ERA, and the Phils won in five of his six starts.
