Sometimes the Padres treat these long road trips to the NL or AL East as if they are in a foreign land. So we're not too concerned about San Diego hitting Fenway Park after a sweep of the Nats and continuing the momentum, also for a couple of other reasons. First, the Bosox have been playing well the past two weeks, winning eight of ten. Second, Padres starter Randy Vasquez doesn't pitch nearly as well on the road (6.85 ERA) as he does at Petco Park (3.55 ERA). Note the Sox have also won the last four starts made by Nick Pivetta.
