Oregon State vs. San Jose State: Saturday, Nov. 9th
(NCAAF) Spartans (SJS) vs. Beavers (ORS),
Point Spread: -2.50 | -115.00 Beavers (ORS) (Home)
Result: Loss
San Jose State heads up the coast to play Oregon State on Saturday in Corvallis. This season started out with some promise for the Spartans, but they've dropped three of their last five after a 3-0 start, and I think the skid continues this weekend.

SJSU had offensive momentum to start the year, as Emmett Brown strung together several strong games. However, he's struggled mightily of late, and the Spartans have used backup Walker Eget more and more over the last month. Eget has struggled, too, throwing just two touchdowns against five interceptions. Most recently, he completed just 14 of 31 passes in a 33-10 loss to Fresno State two weeks ago.

Oregon State comes in off a clunker, a 44-7 rout at the hands of Cal. They have, however, rested up after the bye week, and they return at home, where they seem to be a much better team. The squad that had a chance to tie the game late against UNLV two games ago would be a considerable favorite to win here, and I think that's the pack of Beavers most likely to show up.

Give me OSU to return to form at home giving 2.5 points.
