Yankees over Red Sox- With the more ‘balanced schedule these two rivals will meet just 11 times this season, a far cry from when they played 29 times (22 regular season games and seven playoff games) when Pedro and Jeter was a classic battle. New York will send Marcus Stroman (6-2, 2.82 ERA) to the hill and the 11 year veteran has yet to become a clubhouse cancer a factor that has plagued him. The Red Sox now above .500 (36-35) will start Kutter Crawford (2-6, 3.47) and he has thrown better than his record would show. The Yankees are 28-13 on the road and the Sox are just 17-20 at home but turn -about is fair play. Take BOSTON!
