Trojans (-) over Bulldogs- Hey gang, I don't want to scare anyone with this selection but my reasoning my seen 'off-the-wall' but believe me it's solid. Okay, here it is. Last year the Trojans were the consensus pre-season No.1 and were expected to compete for the BCS Championship. Well, under Lane Kiffin the team played like 'crap' and had to play in a minor bowl game in El-Paso, Texas. Ah, this is where 'we' stepped in and posted 'against USC as a Game of the Year winner. Last year the Trojans were so disappointed in their bowl stature that they didn't want to play and it showed. Now, they are on their third coach of the season and most think that they are just going through the motions especially after their season ending loss to rival UCLA. Ah, that's where the good stuff starts. I know that Fresno State led by Derek Carr who led the nation in passing with 4,866 yards and 48 touchdowns is a formidable opponent but he hasn't faced a defense as fast as USC. Believe me when I say the Trojans are motivated as a team no matter who is coaching. I expect a surprising easy win for SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!
