This is a 10* TOTAL OF THE WEEK on the OVER Orioles/Mariners.

Neither team has been involved in many high-scoring games of late, but we look for those trends to end this evening.

The Orioles have seen the total go UNDER the number in seven straight games (they just saw their four-game win streak come to an end in yesterday's 4-3 defeat at the White Sox.)

Seattle has seen the total dip UNDER in four straight after seeing its five-game win streak come to an end in yesterday's 2-1 defeat at the Angels.

Both the Orioles Tyler Wells (5-4, 3.34 ERA) and the Mariners' George Kirby (2-2, 3.12) have been decent, but we feel that they're finally in the wrong place at the wrong time tonight.

Kirby actually earned his first MLB win over the Orioles on May 31st, going six scoreless, so it's payback time for the visitors.

Two teams that were on extended win streaks, but which come off their first losses during those runs collide here and we're definitely expecting some offensive fireworks finally.

Look for this total to fly OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
