I'm not calling for an outright victory, but all signs point to this contest being a lot closer than what this spread is suggesting in my opinion.
Canisius is 2-4 after an 86-66 loss at Buffalo.
The Golden Griffins though average 76 PPG.
Sienna is 4-3, and it averages 72.1 PPG.
It's coming off a 60-55 upset win at Seton Hall as a 14.5-point favorite, and I think a predictable letdown is in order here.
The Saints also have a couple of days off after this, before a big game at Georgetown. It's a classic "trap" game here after that emotional upset win and with a huge nationally televised road game on the horizon.
The Golden Griffins have a busy schedule, with a game at Iona on Sunday. I think they come to play today and while I'll stop short in calling for the outright upset, everything points this one coming down to the wire.
