The Blazers are one of the better teams in the NBA, but they do most of their damage in the friendly confines of their home arena. Things are completely different when they play on the road as they find themselves barely over .500 (15-14).

Toronto, who needs this win more than Portland, is just like the Blazers in that they play a whole lot better at home than they do on the road. The Raptors win two of every three games they play at home and actually have a winning record against the Western Conference. Portland although they cannot stop the midrange game from opponents, because they have no perimeter defense.

Toronto will push the ball and get easy buckets tonight. They need to regain control of second place in the Eastern Conference and a win today could go a long way. I'm taking Toronto to win by 6 or more here.
