10* AL Game of the Week
(MLB) Cleveland vs. Houston,
Money Line: -115.00 Cleveland (Away)
Result: Loss
I think the talent discrepancy on the mound today is a lot bigger than what the oddsmakers are leading us to believe. I expect Corey Kluber to outduel his struggling counterpart today. Kluber (2-3, 3.35 ERA) has gotten progressively better as the season has worn on, most recently he tossed a complete game shutout vs. the Tigers on Wednesday, scattering five hits with two walks while striking out seven. The big right-hander generated 16 outs via the ground ball, including a pair of double plays. Kluber is on track for a big season and owns a spectacular 42:7 K:BB ratio through his first six starts.

The home side counters with the volatile Mike Fiers (2-1, 5.35) who gave up four runs off nine hits and a walk over 4.2 innings in his last outing. Fiers has been bad giving up 43 hits so far, including eight homers over 33.2 innings of work. Look for the visiting Cleveland Indians to get us the win here on Monday night.
