Tillman has been superb this season as the O's ace, and he has won his past eight decisions. The right-hander has allowed just one earned run in his past two starts combined while striking out 16 batters. On the other hand BJays starter Marcus Stroman snapped out of his recent funk by limiting the lowly Phillies to just two runs over seven innings. Prior to that, he allowed 25 runs over his previous 29 2/3 innings. The Baltimore bats will be alive at home here today and I like the Orioles to get the cash.
