Koehler has a 1.93 ERA versus the Phillies in 2 starts.
Philly hit a nice win streak prior to the All-Star Break but the bats are struggling again.

The Phillies did have 12 hits last night, and they only scored 4 runs leaving five runners in scoring position with 2 outs as that has been a problem for them all season long.
