(MLB) Chi White Sox vs. Minnesota,
Money Line: -116.00 Chi White Sox (Away)
Result: Loss
Three solo home runs allowed by David Robertson in the ninth Sunday vs. Detroit cost Jose Quintana a chance for his ninth victory in a quest for his first season with double-digit wins. Quintana has made three quality starts during his four July outings. Quintana has pitched much better than his 8-8 record indicates and he is 2-1 with a 2.70 ERA in three games against Minnesota this season. Twins starter Ricky Nolasco continues to struggle with a 4-8 record and 5.40 ERA and comes off a game in which he gave up 6 runs and 6 hits in just two innings of work at Boston. Nolasco is 0-4 at home and 2-5 with a 6.90 ERA in night games. The Twins are also just 9-27 in division games and have the worst record in the American League and I'll grab the WSox here on Friday night.
