Jharel Cotton will make his major-league debut for the Athletics after pitching well at AAA Nashville. Cotton is a highly-touted prospect who was part of the deal that sent Rich Hill and Josh Reddick to the Dodgers. Cotton has a good K/9 rate and projects to be an above average starting pitcher. I think the UNDER is the play here in this pitchers ballpark and this being a day game which followed a late game last night.
