The Brewers strong run scoring streak reached a pinnacle - laying down yet another impressive marker in a season that has seen Milwaukee continue to exceed expectations. Milwaukee has been more than adequate on the defensive side of the ball as well.


San Diego's plate discipline has been struggling for the last several weeks - and they have even lowered the bar in 2017 with a terrible .220 avg and bottom of the barrel OBP numbers through their plate appearances this far. Their innate ability to rack up Ks will hurt them even more here vs the Brewers pitching.




Milwaukee has the better pitcher and better bats in this one.
