There's a lot of excitement in Austin with the arrival of head coach Tom Herman. The offense will get a big boost under him but its going to take time. I still have questions about the defense as well. Will the Longhorns be able to stop the run? There are many distractions with flooding and the practices aren't as focused for Texas for obvious reasons.
