Houston has a massive and potent offense with an aggressive mentality - but the Houston defense will be the difference maker here. Houston doesn't have to make any real adjustments with their batting attack - Detroit will be trying to, unsuccessfully with their run scoring ability which is far below what they will be dealing with Houston.



Detroit's numbers this year reflects their miserable place in the majors. Detroit was bad last year, this year, much the same, with awful pitching and a team full of weak hitters. The Astros will definitely score their share of runs, and shut down the bats of the Tigers, and Detroit simply will not.


Tigers are 4-19 in their last 23 overall and the Houston Astros bats and their offense should carry them and win this one handily.
