I usually like the home team on Thursday with the short week but the Vikes are coming off a terrible game and I believe they were look ahead to this matchup. The Minnesota defense was lockdown last year vs the Rams as they won 24-7.





The Vikings are looking like a team that has to find a running game still. Yes, the Vikings are playing some great ball, but with a running game only getting 66 yards a game it will be hard for the Vikings to be making a big push to close out games. The passing attack for the Vikings has been able to get 305.7 yards a game. When the Vikings have rushed the ball the main running back is Dalvin Cook, but he has struggled on the year with 26 carries on the season for only 78 yards. The passing attack has been led by Kirk Cousins who has slung the ball around for 965 yards and 7 touchdowns. However, almost a third of his yards have went to Adam Thielen who has 32 catches for 338 yards and a score.

I think Mike Zimmer will have his team ready and that this line is too high and I'm on the Vikings here on Thursday night!
