The score last year was Central Florida winning 45-19 but a closer look showed us that Temple outplayed them in the game. They had more total yards, time of possession but 5 turnovers killed them.
The Owls have been red hot as of late and are undefeated in the AAC. What's been key for the turnaround has been stable, efficient QB play and stellar defense. The Owls have faced an option team, spread team and an up-tempo offensive attack. All of this prepares them for what they'll face from a UCF offense. I trust Temple's defense and look for a tight game throughout. I'll back TEMPLE with the double digits here on Thursday night.
