The Kings took down the Orlando Magic in their last game and are off to a surprisingly decent 5-3 start to their season. Sacramento earned the win over the Magic by jumping on them in the third quarter and building up a big lead. Buddy Hield had a great game despite only going 1-4 from distance but had 11 boards and three assists while posting a +13 +/-. The Kings as a team went 8-22 from long range and narrowly edged the Magic in rebound margin. Sac is pushing the tempo and playing good ball and scoring in the paint. The Hawks have been floundering this season thanks to bad offense, bad defense, and middle of the road rebounding. Trae Young has been showing some potential both scoring and in running the offense so there is plenty of reason for optimism even if this is not a team that is going to win very many games this season. Take the Kings to get the win and cover in this one as they are the better team by a significant margin and fully capable of winning a lot of games against most of the East.
