10* College Football Game of the Week
(NCAAF) West Virginia vs. Texas,
Point Spread: -2.00 | -106.00 Texas (Home)
Result: Loss
Several reasons backing Texas big this week.
It almost feels like they are underdogs at home against West Virginia. Texas had a few players out in their secondary last week and fell behind early which was the difference.

Texas beat this same West Virginia team last year 28-14 as West Virginia struggled to move the ball and protect Will Grier. West Virginia also struggled against Iowa State last year and again this year and Texas plays the same type of defense.

When it comes to the defense the Longhorns have been able to contain the opponent to 379 yards a game. This has come off of the opponent getting a total of 246 yards a game in the air and have been able to contain the opponent to 133 yards a game on the ground.

The Longhorns have been more consistent on the year and a lot more balanced.

I expect Texas will dominate special teams, defense, TO margin, and get pressure on WVirg's Grier, and should win this game by 10 more.
