While the Rutgers football team stink, their basketball team is pretty good.

Rutgers main concern in Steve Pikiell first two seasons was their scoring as they averaged just 63 PPG. Now with 3 returning starters and Quinnipiac transfer Peter Kiss they are ready to make the next step after avg 15 wins the L2Y (the 15 wins are a positive as before the new HC Rutgers hadn't reached 15 wins since 2006). In their opener they torched Fairleigh Dickinson (a team I have higher than Drexel) 90-55. Drexel is off a road loss to Eastern Michigan on Friday and shot just 37% and are a bad team. Look for Rutgers to come out strong and get another big win here on Sunday afternoon.
