Iona had some drama coming into the regular season with a player getting dismissed for punching the coach, but the Gaels still figure to be a factor in the MAAC once we reach conference play. Iona had a tough battle in their opener getting past Albany at home by a final of 72-68. Things get much more difficult for the Gaels today traveling into one of the tougher road environments in college basketball.
